Execute and optimize operational responsibilities to promote seamless delivery of services.
Performing laboratory-based tasks for multiple projects, specifically: designing chemical analysis experiments; conducting sample preparation for LC/MS and GC/MS analyses and assisting in other experimental work. Assisting in the day-to-day instrumentation maintenance.
Participate in interactive research meetings with other team members; present work notes; meet regularly with lab supervisor(s) and provide written summaries as needed; comply with laboratory safety practices/guidelines. Provide feedback to CEO and CSO regarding lab inventory/budgetary needs
Maintain all inventory, procedural, and safety processes for the research center
Develops initiatives for process improvement and reviewed and assessed ongoing operations.
Reduce process lags and trained team members on best practices and protocols.
Implement policies and standard operating procedures and managed quality, customer service and logistics. Develop initiatives for process improvement and reviewed and assessed ongoing operations.
Analyze and controlled materials, supplies and equipment operational expenses.
Define priorities, delegated tasks and planned workflow for laboratory personnel.
